Wood Neck

There are only a few days left of school and I don't know about them but I am over it. We escaped to the beach after work the other day and besides the stupid bugs it was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer but there will be plenty more of these days. I love the low water, playing in the river and crab hunting. I just can't wait for it to warm up a bit so we can play in the waves.
We bumped into our old neighbors and that was a great surprise, too. I miss beach days with our friends. I get to catch up with my friends who I barely see all Winter long.
Tuesday we will hit Old Silver for our first day of the year on the last day of school. I think I am more excited than they are. I will stay until dinner if I can.
