Ever just need to climb under a rock for a while. I do. I am over that for now-I think.
I figure I would update on my successes and failures in the last week. For a girl that decided not to get dressed for a few days I did do a couple of things and that was eat a lot of veggies and drink a ton of water and tea.
I even got to the gym the last 2 days in a row so that will be a good thing for the scale in a day or so too.
My diet this weeks looks like a lot of this...



I have had 5 packets of Splenda in the last few days and felt super guilty about it. The detox tea is just not great. I used to drink coffee or tea with 6 splenda PER medium from DD so I could easily have 15-20 packets a day. 5 in a week is better. I have also had a couple of teaspoons of peanut butter and cottage cheese. I mean I could eat a jar of peanut butter right now if it was in front of me.
Mr. Fooseberry is the biggest news of the week. He is on a roll and trying his best to improve his life. I have to give him credit for that. He has stuck tightly to this detox plan and so far has lost 12 lbs and 2 inches from his waist. We started on Monday so we both have a couple more days before the actual weigh in day but we couldn't help but jump on the scale to see how we are doing. I have to admit it helps keep you eating the carrots and green beans when you see the number going down.
I think we are going to be Eggie stalkers for ideas for veggies as Mr. FB is not a fan. I need to sneak them in where I can. She has some terrific low carb ideas that include cake and ice cream.
I will try to keep updating on how we are surviving and confessing my sins so I can get my licks.
