Errands and Red Robin

We had some things to do today that took us to Wareham. After walking in and out of a Mexican Restaurant we decided on Red Robin for lunch. I was thinking F'ing Fabulous. I will put the screaming brakes on this progress I have made all week.
I was surprised to find this lettuce wrapped burger that came with a side salad and Balsamic Vinaigrette instead of fries. I was not able to eat the salad after this burger but it basically had a complete salad on top. I did have ketchup too but the calorie count is in the area of 475-500 calories. I can deal with that as I had a protein shake for breakfast. I also decided to finish the day with some veggie burgers and Shrimp cocktail.
I plan on drinking water all night to combat the sodium. The Daily Plate did not have a sodium value but I am sure it is HIGH.
After a bit of stress trying to deal with a crying 3 year old and ordering something on the good side while I was starving I would say this was a success.
