Still caffeine, Splenda and candy free. SUCKS!I added some food so I am doing a bit better today. I also napped for about 2 hours today while Ava was in school-that definitely helped.
I am up to about 1200 calories and almost 100 grams of protein so that is better than yesterday.
I am being reminded how much of an emotional eater I am as when the stress built today all I wanted was to blow this and eat.
I am hoping it will get better as each day goes by. I am thinking about a long walk instead of my regular weight circuit tomorrow as I am still feeling pretty exhausted.
Off to eat more raw veggies!
