Today my friends and I went out ALONE without our children. I know I blab about this often but I do it very infrequently. Funny part about it was we went school shopping-the kids are never far from our lives.We all have kids that are still at the age where we can buy clothes without them. I know about the need for sparkly shirts, jeans with embroidered butterflies and Jonas Brothers clothes of any kind.
We all did pretty well finding clothes, winter jackets and even a pair of boots. It was a dream without someone asking if they can buy this or that, destroying clothing racks or asking to go to the bathroom 9,427 times. ( That would have all been my kids.)
After, we headed to T Bones on Main Street Plymouth that had beautiful sliding windows so we sat literally on the sidewalk. I had a great time talking with my friends and people watching. The food was OK and tons of it. I had to practice a lot of restraint when she brought out the hot cornbread with a giant dollop of brown sugar butter on top. Killing Me! It showed a fantastic brunch on the weekend that I am sure Mr.FB would love so maybe I will surprise him some weekend.The more I do this the easier it gets.
