I'm not Paula Dean but

I do love to cook. I am not fantastic but I like to so you will be stuck eating what I make. I have had a hankering for Kale Soup. I know what I want it to taste like but haven't got the right recipe yet. I am also thinking cupcakes and just saw a blog post for eclairs-Yummo! I have a party to go to on Saturday so I might be able to get some cooking going on and pass it on to them so I don't have to see the deliciousness on these counters. I will also make my co-workers my victims.
I printed an awesome Zucchini Cheesecake recipe from Melting Mama which I want to try after I hit the farmers market.
I may turn into Eggface and be up at 3am cooking. I think she is like a Mad scientist in that kitchen at night. So beware I may show up at your house with a casserole in my hand.
