So I am browsing Cool Running looking at events in the future as I did say I needed to be more committed. I am currently very sleepy from a crash of too many carbs so I figure I need to do something. So drinking some tea and plotting.
I didn't wog or anything today as I volunteered at my daughter's school but that alone has gotten me 10842 steps(4.25mi) just being normal.
I listed a few and the one in New Bedford and Taunton are actually a weekly thing so I could go any week.
Mashpee 5K Woodland Run
Saturday, July 19th @ 8:30 a.m. Sharp @ Quashnet School
3.1 mile road race through the woodlands of Mashpee. Register
ahead of time by filling out form in the back of this booklet or register
the day of at Quashnet School from 7:00 - 8:00 a.m., runners will be
transported to start line at Heritage Park. Last bus will leave Quashnet
School at 8:05 a.m. Fee is $15 if paid on or before July 1st, $20 if paid
after July 1st.
