This morning 176.6 so off we go.
Loaded the oldest on the bus and Ava and I got on the road. I only walked today as I don't want to kill myself. I have 2 double shifts this week so the end of the week ought to be a blur of caffeine and serious bags under my eyes. I am aiming to walk Tuesday and Wednesday as Thursday and Friday will be sleep days.
I bought a recumbant bike last Fall on clearance and it is assembled in my basement so you can imagine how much use it gets. I am thinking about moving it to my room for an alternative in this freezing/wet weather.(Or it may make a nice clothes rack- we will see)
I have to say as I sit here I can feel the muscles in my thighs and butt pulsing so I must be doing something with the muscles.
I started to think about the Road Race as I walked today and I am worried. If I really want to do this I have to be more serious and plan to get a 5k done-Running a 5k I mean.
I go to a couple of running websites that list running events of different lengths all over New England so keep an eye out as I start to list some as potential practice runs.
I have one this weekend but I am planning on walking it.
Come on MM get out the spandex and run with me!!

I will not be able to wog with you for a whole week due to the fact that I will be on the beach. I will miss you terribly, though.
