Good Morning!!
How is it that a year has passed? Because life keeps right on marching regardless of whether you post it to some type of social media-blog-type place.
I want to get back to documenting the amazing life I have. I don't even know where to begin but I think it should start with the Mountains. I have so far tackled and conquered 25 of New Hampshire's 4000 footers. I have pending posts on a couple but I will do my best to make a small post about the others as well. condition than I have previously. I am excited.
I am also attempting.....scratch that I am running again. I have committed to the Falmouth Road Race and will have coaching to help me get there in a healthier and better prepared condition. I do love this race and I do like to run. I will try to keep this blog updated on the progress of that as well. 122 days away.
I have joined Cape Cod Moves. This is a group who's base is running and helping the community but is quickly growing in ideas and directions for keeping people moving, volunteering and support.
My girls, how do I write a quick 2 liner about them? They are growing into incredible women. Prep for High School is on Olivia's agenda and Ava is tackling some life challenges well including moving her body towards a 100 mile goal.
For a while the blog will be a mix of current affairs and flash backs to Mountains that I just don't want to lose the story of.
My focus right now is to hold onto the positive steps we make, the incredible places we have been and being mindfully present in a life that is just where it should be.
