Admitting it is half the battle right?

So tonight I am really trying to get out and walk and I have left the girls home with the life and death instructions before. I always walk with a fully charged cell phone and rush out and back. Today I just saw it in Olivia's face. She brought her own bike up from the basement and said can I go out riding when you get back?
Wait, plan B. I loaded up their bikes and we headed to the bike path. She can zoom ahead at 50 mph and Ava hung with me doing 360 spins on her razor bike. I can walk at a decent speed because Ava has wheels. It is a win/win for everyone.
Well we happily kicked out 2.8 miles. Yahoo. We had a great time.
We are changing up the plan for next time. The Rt 151 starting place isn't very exciting but closer to town has more to see besides woods so our plan is to start closer to West Falmouth next time.
I also made the statement-Hey, guys Mom really wants to get back to running so I am going to need your help.
Either we do this a couple days a week or you need another plan because I am doing this.
Ok , Mom. Now wasn't that easy?
Hit the grocery store after as well. I am tweaking.
Not a miracle worker by any stretch but a few changes.
