Kielbasa and Cabbage and other Cookery

We will try to keep this to a cooking post but I will admit there is a back story to this recipe that I might just have to explain.
If you are reading this blog you probably know me, or you don't but find my rambling amusing I hope.
Anyway a couple weeks ago I headed out for a first date stroll by the canal. During our walk I find out that this man is a good cook. No joke! I quickly deduce that I am going to be schooled in the kitchen by this man. I will admit I find that pretty interesting.
He is explaining this recipe to me. Sounds easy, delicious and just what this gastric bypass lady needs in her life. I have been really thinking that I need to clean up my act. Food choices suck lately.
Soooo, guess what happens next? A second date. Amazing isn't it?
For this date he cooks it for me. I know we are only talking about cabbage here but anyone can take you out for food it is entirely another to cook it effortlessly, at least in my life this is neat.
So enough of the fluff, Sunday I made it myself.
I am eating it again today and I am giving myself credit for eating a vegetable. I documented it Pioneer Woman style because I do want to drag you all through my boring life and this is what I do-Cook.
On the other note-I would love to explain to you all about this Chef but I do not want to jinx myself. I just hope I learn some more cookery from him.
