Olivia's Birthday Week

I am going to just try to roll this into 1 giant 6 day post about the most awesomest (yes, that's a word), beautiful, funny, smart, dancing fool of a daughter and her celebrations for turning 10.

I surprised her by doing this to her door while she slept so when we opened her door the 25 balloons tumbled into the room. When I walked upstairs she was standing there stunned and asking how she was supposed to get out now. I said break thru like the Hulk!
She requested steak for dinner and we had a few family members over for cake.
Daddy, Nana, Gramma, Grampa, Uncle Dan and Liam came to celebrate with us.

Saturday was her "friend" party and sleepover. She invited 10 girls and 8 were able to come.
Phew, what a fun group of girls. I was excited for her to have so many girls able to come and then to find out what great girls they all were.
We ordered pizza and opened presents.

After 2 attempts we got a fire going and instead of cake we made s'mores and they played in the yard.

 Oh and we were lucky enough to have a giant rainbow come out. Ava claims if we found the end we would be rich.

After some breakfast and sending each girl home. I hope they had a fun time because besides a few hiccups due to the large amount of personalities involved I think we did good.
Sunday, Olivia cashed in on her Golden Ticket and was wisked away to the American Girl store where she was able to pick out her own doll. I wish I had been there but I was happy he could spend this super special day with Auntie Erin and Gramma.
Between Gramma, Auntie and her own birthday money she was able to not only get Saige but also 3 extra outfits and a hairbrush. Woohoo!
I don't know about you but I am exhausted just typing this post and I also just had to live it.
I wouldn't have done it any different as she is my life and deserved every second of it. I mean SHE IS 10!!!
