Re-run

It is a story that has been told again and again.
If I don't do something to get myself motivation I will need a backhoe to lift this ass off the couch.
I also am creeping towards my "Never pass this number again" weight.
I can't staple the stomach again and wiring my jaw shut just isn't an option with my current job. ( Although quite a few people would be happy if that happened.)
I have decided to try out a new walk/run class on Sunday mornings. The couch says I can drag the kids out to play on the track or playground while I huff and puff and attempt to call myself a runner again.
Wish me luck or come along that would be even better.
