Where have I been you ask?
I went all blog post crazy this week and then diasappeared. Well, I am here. Lurking on my own blog. Thinking-what the hell am I going to talk about. I have been here I think for 3 years. Oh no, only 3 days. I lucked into 2 overtime shifts this weekend so I got into a 8hr on/8hr off/8 hr on/8hr off/8hr on that started Saturday at 8am and ends tonight at Midnight. It was the perfect weekend for this crap as the kids are with Dad.
1st is to take some time as comp (comp is an exchange of overtime $$ into time off). Next weekend I am working 2 midnight overtimes and those are going directly into the Birthday party fund.

Ava is rolling in the direction of a Pirate party at the bowling alley. She has a very few requests. One is that everyone has a pirate patch for their eye. That we can do. I also found a cool kit to make a cake that looks like a pirate ship. Today she approved that. Other than that we will let the bowling place do the rest of the work. In my old age I am learning that paying someone to do the party is worth it. Add $2 a kid and feed them pizza and a drink. I'll take that too. Done and Done. I can enjoy my kid, take pictures and Bowl baby!
