My house is a mess.
The girls smiles are huge.
So pretty much one cancels out the other right?
After opening the presents, eating way too much bacon and playing some kick ass games of air hockey we ventured out to Aunt Cindy's house. I wish we could have stayed long as it felt like as soon as we secured a spot on the couch it was time to go. I then dropped the girls off at Gramma's for Christmas with them and a sleepover.
I was excited to be able to join my Mom and sister in their annual Christmas tradition of dinner and a movie. Grown up Christmas stuff is fun! We couldn't find much open so Chinese food and The Tourist was the plan. I also had never been to the Nickelodeon Theater. What a neat little place.
My house looks like disaster. I have slowly been putting stuff away and folding the mass amounts of cardboard into my recycling bins. I need to figure out where we are going to put all the new stuff in an organized way.
I took a few days off this week as the girls have no school. Hopefully tomorrow will be spent in my pajamas clearing up the rest.
Oh, and big crime!!!!
We have lost our only air hockey puck in the Christmas mess. That is a major problem. We are on the hunt!
I am also headed on a road trip to New Hampshire. We are going to cover some family and friends who we haven't seen in years. It is a budget trip as money is on the unavailable list for a while so we are saying Thanks to anyone who gave us gift certificates or money as we plan of traveling with your gifts.
The weather should be good but they got a wallup of snow so I am thinking about throwing the sleds in the back of the car as well.

Sounds like you had a good holiday all-in-all. I will be sad to see the Nick go when it finally sells. It's a neat little theater.
