Today Ava and I were on the road all day. Towards the end I decided to add in some fun to make it all worth wild.We started out at Tobey Hospital so I could get my blood drawn. She stood by me and held my hand so I wouldn't be scared. I am not sure how this happened but she got the Batman stickers for being a good girl???
On our way back to the Cape I had to stop at Benny's to get a tire replaced (Thank You Warranty). This took forever so we had no choice but to entertain ourselves.
After a few more stops and a serious need to blow off some steam we headed to Old Silver Beach.Ahoy Mateys!!
This seriously is a terrible place we live! NOT!I mean being able to get to a view like this in about 15 minutes from my house isn't a bad thing. Granted it would have been a bit better if I had my bathing suit on and it was 40 degrees warmer but I look at it like this-It is January and it could have been 40 degrees COLDER so no bitching here. We chased away all the seagulls and collected empty crab shells all over the place.
Here we are trying out a local place we have never been before but will be returning. Cup Capes makes a mean ass cupcake. We each got something warm to drink and a delish cupcake. I would highly recommend this place again if you have the extra loop on your belt. I just went to their site to post a link for you and I see they are all green and organic. Another reason to try them out.
I think she is planning our next adventure. Watch out!
