Meatballs

I have been thinking about something Halloween-y to do with the kids that would let us have some fun without trolling for candy. Not that we won't do that but they like to be in their costumes and there are some cool things out there. Boo at the Zoo and Haunted Pirate Ship at the Mayflower were the things I was leaning towards.
Unfortunately I am still a Mom in training and learning how to take care of my kids. It never ends I guess. So I am trying to find a balance between a kid that gets tired, becomes an animal and then she is in trouble and her older sister that can do more things. After talking with Mr. FB we decided it is too much for Ava and then when she gets tired she starts acting fresh and it is our fault when she gets in trouble. Not fair to her.
So we split them. Dad did the tub and books and bed which is exactly what she needed after a later night last night and Olivia and I headed out to the movies.
We went to Heritage Theatres in Sandwich. After getting our tickets and a big bowl of popcorn we found our seats in an almost empty theatre.
Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs was funny-even for the adults. It reminded me of Wall-E. The moral of the story was based on peoples greed and how it will eventually be your downfall. Good message in these times.
See it if you can it's worth the overinflated ticket price.
