When it stumbles it immediately turns into a Big P.O.S.
Today I am carb lower, my daughter was pacifier free and my car decided to not only stumble but be close to needing a defibrillator machine. What we thought would be a quick $60 water pump turned into also an AC compressor which is filling the car with a burning smell and I am being told may seize up and cause my belt to break. Oh and it costs almost $400.
Need I remind you that I work nights and am deathly afraid of the dark so if I my belt lets go I will not be a happy camper while I try to wake someone up for a ride home.
So Dad has stepped up and taken my car as he works a couple of miles from home and he travels during the day. I am a little concerned about having 2 kids in car seats in a car with a burning smell. Can I make it out before the fire?? I am not willing to try that bet.
So he can-he doesn't wear a seat belt and mechanics are so lax about this stuff anyway. No biggie to him equals big headache for me and the kids. So we will be traveling via bike or foot.
This may be a good week for a trolley ride and a walk thru Beebee Woods.
By the way-I do love this car. My only wish is that it had a 3rd row to fit more friends.
