This may be true but eventually you have a busy life but your house looks like a biological experiment. This morning Dad took the girls out for errands and dance class so I could have a breather. Instead I used this time to tackle the upstairs bathroom and our room. I then moved downstairs to the living room/play room. I ended up moving furniture, washing floors, dusting and vacuuming. Half way through Dad needed to go to Home Depot to get more parts for our deck project so I got the kids back.
My youngest loves the vacuum so I let her "help" me while I moved on to the kitchen and a sink full of dishes. Next time I checked on her this is what I found....
It is hard to find good help around here so I let her do her thing while I took some pictures and finally wrestled the vacuum away from her. Nut!
Anyway today was supposed to be my Cross training day(30minutes). My back is sore and my house is pretty darn clean so I think that must count for some type of exercise right?

Half an hour of housework is considered a days worth of exercise....I did the same thing today!, we must have spring fever!!!
Absolutely. It's called cross-training. And I bet your workout lasted longer than thirty minutes.
