Got in my 2 miles today right after the bus left. That seems to be a good time. I can come home shower and move on with my life.
Time was 24 minutes. I am a little concerned about my heart rate. It is just too high but the only way I can get it back down to the range I need it to be in I was walking. I need to be between 97-136 but I am running at 160ish. Does this get better with more running? Everything I have read so far says slow down but any slower and I am walking.
I don't want to do that so I am going to keep up the 2 mile circle for another week or so. Today I measured a small side trip thru a neighborhood and that will bump me up to 2.5 miles. So week after next I may try that route.
I want to be at a repectable time by the Cape Abilities race on May 2nd.
