God I can do some damage. Friday-Total calories: 2386
I have been blowing off the daily plate and my food log. I am not on the Internet much at home and I just don't do it for stretches at a time. You know what that means-Eating with wild abandoned I guess because I have a long day and forget what went in so very long ago.
My 2 year old has been waking up at 5am- Mommy, Juse, Mommy juse.
All crooked eyed I am getting juice and sticking a Luna bar in my mouth. The first of 220 calories forgotten when I drag my ass out of bed in another 2 hrs. I would rather be sleeping through that little hunger pang.
I also got breakfast at a Cumberland Farms today -Yummo. I did well I thought- 2 cheese sticks, a large banana and a propel. No tea which was a mistake when I almost fell asleep at the hairdressers. Anyway good start.
I had a burger from Wendy's no fries so I am OK with that. I also got a small Chili for dinner later.
The problem began when I got a candy bar at Toys R us which causes the sugar drop( I believe) and then an hour later I feel like I may pass out at Dunkin Donuts while ordering tea so I top that with a Donut.( I am not sure what the hell I am doing at this point) I guess I thought this would help get my low blood sugar up again. I am hungry at this point-sugar roller coasting will do that to you-so I have some ritz bits cheese and crackers and my tea. See me sliding into the black hole now?
Anyway I finished my night with the small chili and some meatballs. I am feeling normal right now but I definitely was not earlier.
I need to go shopping. It has been so long since I had simple sugars the banana tasted like a delicacy and the candy nearly put me in a coma.
Freakin' Idiot. I am running but eating double chocolate donuts. The addiction is stronger than I am sometimes. So tomorrow nuts, fruit, cheese.....

JENNIFER. *slaps you*
Thou shalt not eat like me. OR, you will crash your car and be stuck in your house for life.
Please be a good girl.
Edited to add, I'm not eating THAT way anymore, or all the time, but I was... "wild abandon," for a long time.
