So over the last 2 days I have had some serious sugar issues. Yesterday and today I did eat something I shouldn't have ( I know, I know) but about 30-45 minutes later I am in some serious shit. I am shaking so bad I can barely write, I am sweating profusely and I am feeling sort of dizzy.
Today I ate more sugar to try to get my sugar up and not knowing what else to do. I then followed with some crackers and cheese as I felt pretty hungry and still was shaking. I am better now but it has been about another 45 minutes.
God is punishing me for cheating I think. These are symptoms I used to have when I first had surgery and didn't eat sugar. Now I dabble here and there in some chocolate and can usually get away with a little hot flash but this is worrying me.
I already know the answer - up the protein and nix the sugar. I guess I just wanted it on the record as it is pretty significate in my mind. I don't remember this happening to me since last July and I have eaten plenty of unauthorized foods since then.

Only difference I can think of is now you are exercising/running. Maybe that's changing things up. And you already know the answer so I won't be nagging.
