This last weekend is the big Chistmas weekend in Falmouth. Lights, Santa arrives by boat and the parade. I decided we might as well join up in the merriment. I think this is the first year I wasn't overwhelmed by the Holiday. I will do the best I can once again and feel okay about it. Decorating is free and fun. I spent like $16 on a couple fresh decorations and new lights for the tree. I actually had to go back for 3 more sets because I liked the color and the tree this year is HUGANTIC! (Yes, that is a word.)
We went with Nana so she got her tree too. Why didn't I take a picture of the 2 on the roof on my Subaru? That would have been funny. Oh well.
This big boy needed some trimming to get our angel on top by the word around the house to describe it is majestic and I think it fits quit well.
Olivia wasn't feeling very well but we did manage to make it to the tree lighting with Ava filling out her letter to Santa just in time.
This Big Boy is awesome. Olivia was very sick by Sunday so we stayed home to move furniture and decorate while Ava went to the parade with our good friends.
I'm super happy with our work. Every day we plug in the tree and the other lights. I'll be sad in January when it all goes dark.....maybe the door lights can stay.
