Earth Day at Purgatory Chasm

The day was absolutely beautiful. The Chasm was absolutely packed.
The last time we came I want to say it was Fall and I think maybe we saw a handful of people.
It was okay, we celebrated Mother Earth with a crowd is all.
We brought Lilly even and she did very well, liking people much more than other dogs. I guess I will never understand the need to growl and come into the face of another dog. They must just transmit the "You're an asshole" look to one another so when they are close they need to bark and growl. She of course returns the unkind chatter. I also noticed most dog people will just keep their dog moving and no fuss/no muss. The non-dog folks get a little nervous. Either way it was another learning day for her and I.  She let random children pet her and never even looked their way at the playground but that squirrel about 40 feet up had all her attention.

 Yes, that is still snow in the corner below Olivia.

 I am happy she wore those orange socks. It was the only way I could find her on the cliffs.
