Where is Sandman?

This is the perfect picture-ZzZzZzZzZz!!!
This time  change is killing me. Top that with my broke ass back and it makes for a tired Mama.
The last few nights they haven't been to sleep until almost 10pm. Last night Ava was in my bed waiting for me so she was up until 10:30. As soon as I laid down she cuddles up to my back and is out in 2 minutes. I do love a super warm cuddle with my girls but in the middle of the night I usually wake multiple times from being kicked to death and covered in sweat. Last night I even slept with a fan on to help this problem.
I usually don't remember my dreams but this morning I awoke  not sure if they really occured yesterday or not.
1. I called and booked a massage with Stacy. This whole week I have been awoken multiple times throughout the night due to back pain and aches.
2. I was outside in a huge windstorm with the trees bent over sideways.
This is really starting to take it's toll. Today I overslept and they are both still sleeping so I have to wake the bears and help them dress while 1/2 asleep.
Take a waffle-I am off to work.
UGH!
Over the next few days I have plans and plans which prevent me from catching up on my sleep until Saturday night. I am actively fighting this battle with extra vitamins and protein shakes. Coffee is always my best friend.
I have my fingers crossed that next week you won't be reading posts about being sick, blah, dragging ass. I will just keep my mouth shut so I won't hear the " I told you so's".
