Fooseberry Pie, Oh how I have missed you.

I didn't want to speak too much about it but it isn't a big corporate secret and I understand every employer is doing it now.
They are cutting us off the Internet.
This came down with a form I had to sign stating I understood the Internet use was for work related use only. At first it caused a mass hysteria around my job because we thought it was a straight up NO INTERNET policy and I use the Internet at work. I am a desk detective. I can find people, places and things and I love it.
If your name is Julie and you are about 30 years old and used to live in Hyannis. I will track your ass down. I like to think of myself like Garcia on Criminal Minds but not that smart. As it turns out I can still use it for work but no longer for pleasure. Gone are the days of blogging, recipe hunting and TV re-runs.
Anyway, now I am limited to Internet at home on the desk top. Once any child in this house sees me on it they immediately need to check on a Webkin or play Curious George so it is a battle. My only time is after they go to bed and I am usually lot too far behind. Today I really started to feel the itch to blog. I quickly finished my last post that I started a few days ago and I already have another topic in my head but I just don't have the time tonight. I guess I need to ask Santa for a laptop. I was thinking of putting aside some of my tax refund to get one. We will have to see how much is left after I fix the car and pay the bills. I might just have enough for a $30 Sponge Bob Lap top. I dream of sitting in my bed watching some TV and typing away.
On a good note it has brought me back to reading and in the last few weeks I have finished 3 books. I don't think I have read 3 books in the last 3 years.
