Funny thing happened to me

Yesterday I decided it was time to do something with my mop of hair that is not looking too great in this humidity. Because I was also having it colored I was escorted to the "color room" and sat with another woman also being beautified.
Chit-chat was going back and forth between her and her stylist about her having her hair done in preparation for her son's wedding this weekend. Once we were all gooped up we were left to process for the next 30 or so minutes.
As we started to talk about the wedding and life in general I mentioned I was in the process of a divorce. She was a sweet woman and said many times that I did not need to talk if I didn't feel comfortable.She started to tell the story of her daughter who will be divorced 1 year on the exact day that her son is getting married. Ouch!
As I started to tell some of my story with it's ups and downs she kept shaking her head and telling me how her daughter and I were so similar. I have to admit it was a little weird.
So as our time was winding down she said "Just listen to me for a minute because I want to tell you something you may need to hear." She then proceeded to tell me how her daughter had recently met a man who was terrific. He loved her and she loved him. They both could not believe they had found each other and were talking about getting married themselves next year. So yes, there would be someone out there for me someday.
As she was leaving the room she looked over her shoulder and said to me-I think I was meant to meet you today and tell you this story.
Weird but yes, I think she was too.
I believe she may have been sent by my guardian angel. Thanks!
Although I am far from looking to be remarried it is always good to hear those types of stories. It keeps hope in my heart.

On another note:I got a call today that I was able to secure an appointment with a lawyer to review my divorce papers. One major step towards getting it filed. Thank you again powers that be!
