Sunday morning we loaded up all the Fooseberry ladies and headed to NH. we drove right thru actually and entered Kittery to look into some school clothes. I would have preferred sticking a needle in my eye but it is a necessary evil. I forgot how spread out the outlets were so it was in/out/in/out. It was about 98 degrees and car seats suck. I will leave the rest up to your imagination. In a nano second I spend $170 and was sick of it all.
We headed back to NH and checked into our hotel. It was a great room with plenty of space and a pull out couch that the girls found mysterious and totally awesome. A bed hidden in a couch-Kewl!
We even got pizza delivered to our room.
In the morning we headed to Water Country. The place is huge-especially if you can't read the map and walk in the right direction, then turn around and go back to ask directions only to find you were half way to the pirate ship when you turned around. FML was playing over and over again in my head.
Once I could put down the 1,000lb cooler I was carrying and we claimed some chairs under the fake palm trees we were doing OK. For the cost I wish my girls had been older and we hadn't driven 100 miles. I got on zero giant water slides and in fact was told I was too big for the mini one I did slide down in an attempt to get Ava to try it out.
All in all, they had a great time. Below you can see Ava with her piggies hanging out the window to cool them off and then you see where she passed out. Drool and all.
