This is where I have come from^ and this is where I am. Yes, these are the same pants above and below. Crazy isn't it? Even with the traditional bump of 15 lbs that came on last year I am still holding off about 120lbs. As my Doctor said the other day "I would be pretty proud of that".I am.
I haven't taken any cheesy~ in front of my door~ pictures in a while. I will have to do that. I am sometimes frustrated with the lack of weight loss lately but I have stuck to the gym for about 4 months and have kept up some running outside and on the treadmill. These are things I have never been able to stick to for this long.
I am planning some races this year trying to focus not so much on my time as how I feel.
My life would not have been this full without with surgery. Although it may not be for everyone it has changed mine light years.
Would I do it again if I had the chance? Yes. I have had bumps in the road but nothing I can't handle at this point. I do have some worries about my health in 20-30 years but what's done is done. Now I just need to make sure I keep up the exercise and vitamins.
