
I am still going to the gym and hiking in the woods, running,ect but it doesn't seem to make a damn bit of difference.
UP .6 pounds.
I know it is not a million but I certainly would have liked a loss of even an ounce.
I exercise about 3 days a week at the gym, eat OK, I thought, and am drinking enough to float a boat.
All I want to do is scream WTF! from my roof top.
I want to convince myself that I am accumulating so much Hulk-ish muscle that I am tipping the scale up but I know that is a load of crap.

Oh Right, This was the easy way out I forgot.

No easy way out! And remember that the more you have to lose (Earl) the faster it goes until you get to a reasonable weight (you) and then it is a 1/4 lb here and a 1/8 lb there as your body adjusts to the new you! Also, women are just different than men (they lose more and faster). And one more reminder from from nosy Gia, the more you work out, the more your body needs MORE food, not less!!! If it doesnt get enough, it's gonna store everything you eat for use when you work out!! Okay I will shut up now!!You are doing fabulous, FB Just don't quit now!!!
that totally sucks. I KNOW your working hard for it....I KNOW your doing what you can...I KNOW your committed...The scales are full of CRAP! I HATE THEM!! DAMN YOU SCALES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
