I am not sure what my goals are right now but I have been pretty consistently going to the gym about every other day. My body has some sort of ache most days too but I am telling myself it is all in the name of Big Muscles. Now if I could just pair that with a decent diet I may have something but the recent food intake has it's ups and downs. I corrected myself from using the word diet again in the last sentence as I am not dieting and definitely sick of that idea. It doesn't work and frankly I am just sick of doing it. I am just trying to put decent food in my mouth.I am slowly feeling an improvement at the gym and hoping this continues to be fun during the rest of Fall and upcoming Winter months.
Tomorrow....Gym or nap? That is the question.

We all have a diet. It's just a matter of how balanced we make it. :)
