What is your therapy?

I believe that everybody needs therapy.
I am involved in many different therapies including:
Bonnie Therapy ( I would love to share her most recent picture but she would kill me)
Cupcake Therapy( I am currently not practicing this method)
Beach Therapy (the most successful so far)
and soon I will be doing the Back to School Therapy 2 days a week.
It will most likely take the place of the Beach Therapy much to my sadness. I will just have to work harder at my Back to School Therapy to get over the pain and loss of the Beach.
Today was a spectacular day and although the morning was full of whining and bitching, as usual, I put my foot down and said " You are going to the beach because I WANT TO GO TO THE BEACH!" I guess the roles have reversed and now we go for me and not them. They want to hit the pool but I prefer the beach. As you can see the whining ends about 3.2 seconds after we arrive.
The tide was the lowest I have ever seen it so there was plenty of shallow water to play and make castles. They floated like starfish and surfed around the river. They collected hermit crabs and regular crabs.
Woodneck Beach is my favorite beach and we like to call it Nana's Beach. I was told once that it was my Nana's favorite beach and I agree. I even had my senior pictures taken there in front of the cat o'nine tails.
I dragged my ailing car out today as I am the only one with a beach sticker and Woodneck is a resident sticker only beach. I was surprised how empty it was today. We got there about 10am which is about the time the parking lot gets full and when we left after 1pm it wasn't even 1/2 full. So it is official Summer is winding down.
I do still have a few things on my Summer Bucket list to do and we have about 2 weeks left.
1.Ride the trolley to Woods Hole.
2. Get out on the bike path without getting a flat tire.
3. Take a hike thru Beebee woods.
Plenty of time left.

Hey you'll have to let us know about the Beebee woods thing as we've gone a few times all ready this year and had a great time. We're almost professionals. LOL. Anyways as we're carless people too we'll need some notice to steal the truck(which holds 6)perfect number I think.-Tomora

P.S. If I thought I'd survive the trip I'd say let us know about the bike path too.
