Great Neighbors are hard to find

Glad I was at work all night and able to hear about the neighbor's party on the police scanner and not thru the windows like my family had to.
First the police come out for a call about a loud party and a backyard fire. No big deal but a neighbor must have had enough.
This escalates to a car full of people showing up and a few people getting hit over the head with a bottle. Now my tiny little street is full of police cars and 2 ambulances.
I bet you can guess the homeowner is away and this was her tenant. I am hoping he won't be a tenant for much longer when she comes home to her house covered in blood and her dining room furniture in sticks.
I need to get a big dog .... and a baseball bat. Daddy has guns but those scare me. I am more likely to throw a dirty diaper at someone. Trust me some of them are like nuclear bombs.
