Beach Therapy

Here they are searching for crabs at Old Silver Beach as the tide rolls out.
Doesn't this look just sum it all up.
I have decided that everyone should have a mental break at the beach. My friend called this morning to say she was playing hooky on swimming lessons in the pond and she was going to the beach-the REAL beach. I was all about that. We were just getting to the Sandwich Bazaar and had planned on coming back for swimming so we had the car all packed anyway. After a quick walk through of the Bazaar(post to come on that) we hopped in the car and flew to the beach. After being there for about 45 minutes I have decided there is no better therapy than the beach.
Unfortunately I had an appointment and had to leave at 12:30 but 2 hours is better than nothing.

I have not been at all this year, unless you count running or cycling by them... I think we went once last year.

Looks like a good time was had by all no matter how brief.

This is the look I know and love. If I used this look more, instead of fake smiling, I'd be a lot less stressed. Or maybe I do use this look and just don't know it. I know some people at work are pretty afraid of me!!This child is going to own the world. Olivia will entertain it but Ava will rule it, Love, Mom
