Anti- Candy ideas







Hello my name is Fooseberry and I am a crackhead.





I have made this statement before but I need to come up with something. I am trying to work on the low blood sugars and as I said I am going to the Doc on Thursday. Funny thing is I just can't come up with any good ideas and boy am I craving some carbs. I just am too tired lately and too poor to go buying a lot of crap.





These are some of the things I have come upon. I am trying the Atkins things as they are supposed to be low carb.

I was told to get back to basics a bunch of times but I think it will be harder than I expected. Now I am not eating as much out of a little fear. I am also nervous anytime I get hot. Tonight at work I start to get hot and begin to get nervous as I forgot my bag with the glucose meter in it.
It turns out the AC was off and it was just hot in this place.
I need to get some of my old index cards out with 300 calorie meal/snacks on them and start to shuffle them up. I just open the door of the fridge and look at food I can't eat. I eat too many bars and want to come out of that rut.
Where is my world without carbs? I feel like I am mourning. I thought I already did this but I guess I need to do it again. I just hopped over to the The Daily Plate and logged my food for the day.
It says I can eat 500 more calories today. Funny when you cut out candy and crap how much more food you can eat. So I guess I will start to use my brain and cook up some good stuff again.
Can you say Shrimp Cocktail folks?? These are the things my body needs to run on.
Show me the cheese. Not Cheetos-Fried Cheese Yummo!
