Perfect Summer Dish



I made this yesterday and it is the new love of my life. I replaced the bulgur with brown rice but otherwise it is the same as the recipe.

It is served cold and after some chopping it is super easy to make. Well after I peeled the kids off my leg-They only need you when you are trying out a fabulous new recipe.

I would suggest it to all. Change what you don't like but it is worth it.

Thanks for the recipe! I'm the only one who can eat it in this house, but it might be nice to try for a cookout side dish too. No?

That is what I was thinking. It will be great to bring camping. I could eat it all weekend.
Maybe a Smore on the side.
