I came to work last night with bags of food. Before surgery I had this fear I would be stuck at work-particularly a midnight shift and I wouldn't have enough food.
I am not an addict or anything right???
Now I end up carrying 1/2 of the food back home or leaving it in the fridge until tomorrow. Tonight I brought a chicken with cornbread stuffing to roast at work. There just wasn't enough time to cook it before I had to be here. Anyway I know it wouldn't be wasted with the guys at work. I am currently eating like my 3rd helping at 6:45 am of roasted chicken and rice. There are a lot worse choices I could be making.
Anyway I had some free time overnight as you can image and I am browsing some neat sites and I find these super cool recipes.
I realize if I cook I am happy and if I eat good solid food not only am I happy but I am seeking out less crap.
I am including a photo of a must try- Maybe for my next camping trip.
Think stuffed jalapeno and lasagna ( I mean easy like 1 pan lasagna)
