We got out today and found 2 of our first Letterboxes. We treated it like a treasure hunt and enjoyed the perfect weather to be tromping thru the woods. Olivia was looking for more but I had only printed 2 as I figured it would be enough for 1 day.
I have printed some more to keep with us. If the rain holds off we can possibly hit a few more in Goodwill Park after my girls get their haircut tomorrow.
I have looked thru the list of Mashpee and Falmouth and found some I plan on doing myself or at least with only 1 child in a backpack. 2 in particular I need to do in my kayak so they are high on my priority list as they involve 2 things I would like to do on my "To Do" list.
I am exhausted today but feel good about my day as I did many things with and without the kids that made my heart feel good.
I am updating this post as a new turn of events has come around the Cape Cod Wanna Be box.
This boxes directions are encoded in a Vigenere square. So first you have to decode the words before you can get the directions. I am currently on the internet trying to figure out what a Vigenere square is and how the hell to decode. Joe, Barry , Anyone...... Why am I doing this?? Not sure.
I did it- I broke the code!!
Now I just have to follow the directions and find the box.
Please do not post your answer.
Thanks

I come across Geocaches that have puzzles like this and I usually just pass them up. I think Joe is the same. If you get good at these puzzles, I'm coming to you for answers!
Glad you're getting out abd about!
