Blizzard January 27th 2015

I don't even know what to type. We have had a nice mild winter so I have no room to complain and everyone is complaining so much there isn't anything left for me. Besides what is that going to help.

I worked while this occurred. 

I shoveled a couple inches and left my house at 11pm. When I returned about 4:30pm the next day I drove through some of the worst conditions I have ever driven in and came home to this. 

I will say I made some tired not great decisions because I just wanted to get into the driveway to sleep. I had to be back to work at 8am so that resulted in me getting stuck and digging out the car not once but twice. 

Finally had to park at a neighbor down the street and walk home. 

Bed by 7:30ish. 

I do love snow and I do like shoveling. No really!!! But on a time line to get to work or get home not as much.

I logged it as exercise because it is but I miss my running shoes. 

I last ran Monday before this happened and it feels like months ago. 

I am back at work February 1st as I write this and waiting for more snow in the morning. 

We are just getting thru the day at this point. maybe running will be back in March but at least I will have a gladiator back from all this shoveling.
