Hey Jen, Do you want to run a 5K on Thanksgiving morning?
After a 36 hour day awake I was not so sure but I went to bed at 8:30 pm and set my alarm at 6:20. I'm a glutton for punishment.
Besides I am in Virginia so why not.
The description said Relatively Flat Course. Andrea tried to explain that there really are no places without hills here but maybe....

This race was no joke. There were like 4000 people running. Some dressed as the Mayflower, Santa and many with Turkey hats.
Here we are in the last wave. 4 waves of about 800 plus a large walkers group.
Only Bummer? They ran out of shirts. Would have loved a shirt from my Virginia race.
