Our new "Treadmeal"

I have been wanting a treadmill for a while but we all know they can be expensive. While cruising on Craig's List the other day I found a listing that was pretty darn cheap. I expected it to be gone but sent an email anyway. Surprisingly enough a couple days later she told me is was still available.
I just wanted something I could keep my butt in gear during the Winter. It is a no fuss model but it has the ability to raise to a little incline and I turned up the speed and I could run on it. Bonus!
A side effect which I never expected was how interested the girls are in it. I have done nothing but referee between the two of them on who's turn it is. Ava is running on it and coming in sweaty. It might only be 2 minutes but anything that gets them sweating is good in my book.
Oh, to explain the title:Ava keeps calling it a "treadmeal" which I find fitting as it will be burning off the meals we eat.
