Well, I am here. Yes, I stayed in our house. My family has decided to stay in the house with me and help me stay here. It seems to make more sense with a night shift job, 2 kids and a limited income. So you can find us at home and we are doing OK.
I have been trying to tackle some projects that have been on the back burner for a while. The wall in front of the house isn't perfect but it is what I call-"Girl Certified" It is OK with us girls. I tore out enough grass to give us a bit of a garden space for some plantings. I edged out my veggie garden in the back and had Grampa over to rototill it for me. I would love to frame it up with something but that I haven't figured out yet. The lawn has been mowed and looks pretty good(except under the trampoline-oh, well). It needs some serious weed killer and that is where I start my lists.
I have a few, Ok a million ideas of what I would like to do around my house and I figure the only way to get there is to tackle them one job at a time.
I had this recycled deck put on my house last year. See Below v

I am also looking for some mulch-Not cheap now a days. I guess it is made of gold or something. I would like to have a yard that I have been thinking about since we bought the house. It is making the list long but the physical work in the garden makes me feel pretty good so on goes the digging.
