Boning Up Handbook
Everyone needs a handbook like this don't you think?
I talk so much I can't remember what I have said so if I repeat myself I am sorry.
A couple of weeks ago I had a bone screening and I came up with a bone density of -1.5. Not horrendous but seems I should mention it to my Doctor. As it turns out she has a bone density test come to her office once a month and that day was today. It was super easy with a 1 page form and them I laid on a table in her cool x-ray van. They scan your hips and vertebrae.
As it turns out my hips are fine but my spine is showing signs of osteopenia. I guess this is the beginning of osteoporosis. My doctor didn't recommend anything but to continue my calcium and vitamin D and exercise and test again in 2 years.
This is just one more reason to get back to exercising. I don't want to end up looking like this....

Get dry Vitamin D3 50,000 IU.
Amazon has it, it's called Biotech.
Take one a week.
