I had to ignore those posts from t...Sounds good!!! I had to ignore those posts from the numerous 'friends' as I knew I couldn't commit. Trying to get through a dark-ish time here now as I start to curl up into my gloomy, winter ball. I also have lost my exercise coach (due to my favorite thing... money...) and am a little pissed about it. I know I can do all of that on my own, but it's not the same without her guidance and I haven't hit the pavement since the 1st. I am not backsliding on my good eating though, which is a plus.<br /><br />I also used to journal. I used really large sketch books, but figured out quickly I am not an artist, so I would just write about nature, dogs, hurricanes, hikes, camping trips, etc. It's good for the mind.
